"Huichuan" brand HTS series desulfurization catalyst
This series of desulfurization catalysts is primarily used in wet catalytic oxidation desulfurization processes for biogas, generator gas, coke oven gas, associated gas, etc. It belongs to the phthalocyanine series of desulfurization catalysts.
1. Functions and Features:
1.1 Strong desulfurization capacity. The desulfurization efficiency reaches 99.5% for gases containing 50g/Nm3 of H2S. When the H2S content in coke oven gas is above 6g/Nm3, the desulfurization can meet the requirements under the condition of process matching.
1.2 The desulfurization is comprehensive. It can remove both inorganic sulfur and a portion of organic sulfur, with a desulfurization rate of over 50% for organic sulfur.
1.3 When operating conditions remain the same, switching to the HTS-800 desulfurization catalyst can increase the capacity of the desulfurization unit by over 20%.
1.4 No sulfur accumulation and tower blockage. During regeneration, the sulfur particles flotated out are large, and the solution viscosity is low, making the sulfur particles easy to separate. The desulfurization solution has strong self-cleaning ability, and it also serves as a tower washing function during desulfurization.
1.5 Low cost. Under the same operating conditions, the desulfurization cost is significantly reduced when using "HTS-800 desulfurization catalyst" instead of other catalysts.
1.6 During production and operation, side reactions can be reduced, thereby decreasing the amount of by-product salts generated, and significantly reducing emissions and the frequency of solution replacement.
1.7 No other co-catalysts are needed, and the pre-activation process is simple and short. Whether ammonia water or soda ash is used as the absorbent, stable desulfurization efficiency can be maintained.
1.8 The suspended sulfur content in the lean desulfurization solution is low. It can generally be reduced to below 0.3g/L, and the clear solution is conducive to reducing the resistance of the desulfurization system. If the suspended sulfur content is high due to other wet oxidation desulfurization catalysts, it can be quickly reduced after switching to the "HTS-800 desulfurization catalyst".
1.9 The "HTS-800" desulfurization solution exhibits good selectivity towards H2S. Even when the CO2/H2S ratio in the gas is high, it can effectively remove H2S to the specified control level.
1.10 The desulfurization process has a low rate of side reaction generation and low absorbent consumption; it also boasts a high sulfur recovery rate and relatively high purity of by-product sulfur.
1.11 Under the influence of the "HTS-800 desulfurization catalyst", there is a reaction involving polysulfidation, during which sulfur is precipitated during catalytic oxidation and separated out during regeneration. This process effectively reduces the buildup of sulfur, which can block pipelines and equipment packings.
1.12 The desulfurization catalyst features high activity, low dosage, economical operation, and convenient use. When replacing the old system's desulfurization with "HTS-600 desulfurization catalyst", there is no need to shut down or discharge the original desulfurization solution, thus reducing environmental pollution.
