1. Biomass gasifications:
The biomass raw material is fed into the carbonization furnace through the feeder, and is divided into multiple layers for pyrolysis treatment by the internal structural design of the furnace body, as shown in the figure below. It is divided into 8 layers in total. Finally, the raw material is carbonized into biochar, which is discharged from the carbonization furnace through the discharger, and the gas-liquid mixture is transported to the purification system for separation and purification.
Drying layer: Evaporation of free and bound water in raw materials at 20-200℃.
Pyrolysis layer: At temperatures ranging from 800 to 600 ℃, the raw material undergoes pyrolysis under anaerobic conditions, producing a large amount of combustible gases (such as CO, H2, CH4), charcoal, and biomass extract.
Oxidation layer: 700-1100 ℃, reduction reaction.
Reduction layer: 800-600℃
C+H2O = CO+H2
CO+H2O = CO2+H2
C+CO2 = 2CO
C+2H2 = CH4
2. Performance advantages of main systems and equipment
● The independent automatic discharge system improves work efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
● Develop a centrifugal internal cooling flue gas purification device to achieve more thorough separation and purification.
● Ignition at multiple points simultaneously balances internal combustion and pyrolysis temperatures, resulting in more abundant gas production.
● By changing the traditional biomass pyrolysis process, the calorific value of combustible gases has been improved.
● Realize multi-faceted thermoelectric control, grasp the cracking temperature and gas production rate inside the furnace at any time, and achieve a more balanced gas production rate and combustible gas calorific value.
